Lawn Dethatching
Typically done in the spring, dethatching is a great way to get all of the dead grass (thatch) out of your lawn allowing it to come in thicker. Similar to raking, dethatching will "wake up" the lawn after the winter and get the dead, matted down grass out, but can be done at any time during the season. De-Thatching can also be done prior to aerating and/or over-seeding, as well as to get old leaves and pine needles out of your lawn as well.
